Dr de Souza charges fees which reflect the true cost of providing proper medical care. We  ask for full payment at the time of consultation. The Medicare rebate can be immediately claimed at the local Medicare office or we can arrange for the Medicare rebate to be credited back into your account.

Initial consultation $415.00 or $286.00, follow up consultations $203.00 or $146.00. Reduced fees apply on presentation of an appropriate health care card.
